HEICO: Aerospace E-Business Web Site Use
By clicking on accept, user hereby certifies that he or she is the
individual to whom this username and password was given and continues
to be employed by the same customer as when the username/password was
issued by HEICO.
GENERAL TERMS
This e-business web site (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) is provided by HEICO Aerospace Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “HEICO”)
as an online information and communication service. Use of this Site is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth within this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”).
USE
The use of this Site is SOLELY for the purpose of conducting business between HEICO and its Customers. The User ID and Password assigned to you has been provided in confidence and you may NOT reveal your User ID and Password to anyone under any
circumstance. Your coworkers may request their own User ID and Password if necessary. If you are no longer employed by HEICO’s customer, you must discontinue using this site immediately. If you accept employment with another HEICO customer, you must inform HEICO as soon as possible so that access is updated to reflect your new employer’s data. Do not access the Site until the appropriate
changes have been made to your access and authority levels. Continued use of this Site shall be deemed as your continued acceptance of this Agreement.
TERMINATION
HEICO reserves the right to terminate Site access to you at its sole discretion without notice. HEICO will pursue a civil lawsuit or criminal prosecution for any alleged or actual illegal activities involving this Site or any of the services. HEICO may terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of this Site at any time, including the availability of any features of this Site. HEICO may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict access to parts, or all, of this Site without notice or liability.
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
The prices and availability contained in the Site are quotations only and do not constitute legally binding offers.
PROPRIETARY / NON-DISCLOSURE NOTICE
The information contained in this Site is the property of HEICO or its subsidiary and contains trade secrets. It is delivered to you in confidence and is not to be disclosed to others, copied (in whole or in part); and it shall not be used for any purpose except in the determination by you to purchase items from HEICO or its subsidiary.
